Pinpoint Style does not provide beauty services directly and does not employ any professionals listed on the platform. All services are performed by independent professionals who operate their own businesses.
The role of Pinpoint Style is limited to:
• Helping clients discover professionals
• Providing an online booking platform
• Processing a small booking fee to reserve appointments
• Offering product purchasing and affiliate programs for professionals
All services, pricing, and outcomes are the sole responsibility of the independent professional performing the service.
To reserve an appointment through Pinpoint Style, a $2.99 booking fee is charged at the time of booking.
This booking fee helps support the platform by covering:
• Appointment scheduling technology
• Payment processing fees
• Fraud prevention systems
• Platform maintenance and improvements
• Customer booking confirmations
The booking fee reserves the appointment time with the selected professional.
The remaining balance for the service is paid directly to the professional at the time of service using the professional’s preferred payment method.
Pinpoint Style does not process the remaining service balance.
The $2.99 booking fee is final and non-refundable once a reservation has been made.
Due to the administrative costs associated with processing refunds and the low cost of the booking fee, Pinpoint Style does not issue refunds for booking fees.
Refunds may only be considered in rare circumstances including:
• Verified system errors
• Duplicate charges caused by the platform
• Confirmed technical malfunction during the booking process
Outside of these limited circumstances, all booking fees are final.
Because appointment time is reserved specifically for each client, cancellations and no-shows can impact a professional’s business.
Clients are encouraged to cancel or reschedule appointments as early as possible if they are unable to attend.
Policies regarding cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows are set and enforced by each independent professional.
Clients may be subject to:
• Cancellation fees
• Refusal of future bookings
• Late arrival adjustments
• Appointment forfeiture in the case of no-shows
Pinpoint Style does not enforce cancellation penalties or collect cancellation payments on behalf of professionals.
All cancellation-related disputes must be resolved directly between the client and the professional.
All professionals listed on Pinpoint Style are independent businesses.
Pinpoint Style does not control or guarantee:
• Service quality
• Professional experience or qualifications
• Pricing outside of suggested ranges
• Service outcomes
• Safety procedures
• Appointment timing or scheduling accuracy
By booking through Pinpoint Style, clients acknowledge that all services are provided directly by the professional.
Any disputes regarding services must be handled directly between the client and the professional.
This includes disputes related to:
• Service quality
• Pricing disagreements
• Refunds for services
• Appointment cancellations
• Professional conduct
• Service dissatisfaction
Pinpoint Style does not mediate disputes and does not issue refunds for services performed by professionals.
Pinpoint Style functions solely as a technology platform connecting clients and independent professionals.
Pinpoint Style shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, allergic reactions, dissatisfaction, or financial loss resulting from services provided by professionals listed on the platform.
This includes but is not limited to:
• Personal injury
• Skin or hair reactions
• Service dissatisfaction
• Property damage
• Scheduling errors
• Professional misconduct
By using the platform, clients acknowledge that all services are performed at their own discretion with independent professionals.
Professionals who join Pinpoint Style agree to maintain professional standards when interacting with clients.
Professionals are expected to:
• Provide services honestly and professionally
• Honor booked appointment times when possible
• Maintain clear pricing transparency
• Communicate respectfully with clients
• Follow applicable local health and safety regulations
Professionals may not:
• Misrepresent services or qualifications
• Charge undisclosed fees beyond the listed service price
• Engage in abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior
• Use the platform for fraudulent activity
Pinpoint Style reserves the right to suspend or remove professionals from the platform if repeated violations or misconduct occur.
Professionals joining Pinpoint Style may receive suggested pricing ranges for services.
These ranges are intended to help maintain consistency across the platform.
Professionals agree that:
• Services must be honored at the price displayed during booking
• Clients may not be charged additional undisclosed fees
• Pricing updates must be made within the platform before accepting new bookings
